We have a number of vacancies for Sales Negotiators with a large, well established estate agency in Bucks, Berks and Oxfordshire.
Our client is looking for ambitious people of all levels with or without previous estate agency or sales experience.
Entry-level trainees will get a basic salary of £12,000 with a realistic OTE 0f £20,000 PA. Candidates with experience can command
a higher basic and could potentially earn upwards
of £50,000.
A background in field sales or telesales could
be an advantage but having the drive and
determination to succeed is more important.
Graduate programmes are also available. These
are a fast track to a career in sales management
and offer a basic of £17,000 plus car allowance.
